GMS Management Solutions (GMS) is a business management consulting firm based in Pearland, Texas, just outside Houston. The company's main objective is to provide innovative ideas to businesses and other entities to enhance their products, service or image, and boost the bottom line.

GMS is owned and operated by Mosis Willett, who founded the company in 2010. Mr. Willett holds a Business Administration degree and brings significant quality control and extensive management experience to his position as General Manager.

Before creating the company, he had worked for over 10 years as an Operations Manager at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he created and developed a number of initiatives that enhanced the quality of healthcare delivery services of the Center.

As a member of the company's Cost Containment Committee, he provided pivotal leadership in implementing innovative ideas that saved the Center millions of dollars.
